The May 31 FDA Enforcement Report included the following food product recalls:
ARNOLD brand Country Classics OAT BRAN Bread was recalled by ARNOLD FOODS COMPANY, INC, Horsham, PA, and made by GEORGE WESTON BAKERIES, INC., Gastonia, NC. The firm initiated recall of 2,736 units distributed in AL, GA, TN, NC and SC is complete. Reason for Recall: "Oat bran bread contains undeclared walnuts and hazelnuts."
Sam's Choice brand of Belgian Milk Chocolate, 7 oz. (200 gm). Product of Belgium, was recalled by BRACHS CONFECTIONS INC., Dallas, TX, and was made by CHOCOLATERIE JACQUES S.A., Eupen, Belgium. The firm initiated recall of 1,447 cases distributed ...
