UK independent Black Rock Oil & Gas said its partner Kappa Resources Colombia started drilling operations at the Arce 4 development well in Colombia. The rig arrived on site last week and the Arce 4 well has now been spudded.
Arce 4 is expected to take 15-20 days to drill, test and complete. Once it is complete, the rig will move to the Arce 2 site. To assist with oil production, Black Rock and Kappa are planning to have a steam generator on site by next month. Steam injections increase oil ...
