MEXICO CITY and PHOENIX, Jan. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Consorcio G. Grupo Dina S.A. de C.V. (Dina) (NYSE: DIN) and Motor Coach Industries International, Inc. (MCII) (NYSE: MCO) announced today that they have executed a Definitive Merger Agreement implementing their previously announced Agreement in Principle. The transaction, which was approved unanimously by the boards of directors of both companies, will create one of the leading suppliers of coaches in North America.
