The well-known trends in the evolution of reconnaissance and precision guided weapon systems, based on the use of the latest achievements in electronics, information science, and computer technology, brought about a qualitative increase in the information capacity of the electronic (EW) assets of a possible adversary and a result, a decline in the effectiveness of the traditional means of protection of arms and military equipment: EW, jamming, camouflage, masking, concealment, and deception assets.
