Jun. 29--The Tasting Room, a Peconic establishment that features the wines of several local vineyards, has received the final approval to reopen under new management on Saturday, said new owner Theresa Dilworth.
At the same time, a new retailer, North Fork Wine Cellars, will open adjacent to The Tasting Room and offer custom wine cellars and refrigerators, wine tours and information, and other accessories such as glassware, Dilworth said.
