Jul. 1--TWIN FALLS --Give us your tired and your poor, say the folks at St. Vincent de Paul's thrift store, but not clothes that you wouldn't let your own child wear. "Our feeling is that people in need deserve dignity and respect," said Rick Mesaros, the manager of St. Vincent's Main Avenue thrift store for the past 16 years. "We'll throw it away before we put rags on anybody." St. Vincent's is celebrating its 20th anniversary this month.
