I was 16 years old when I bought my first PWC, a used 1976 Kawasaki JS400 stand-up. It cost me $400 and earned me nearly a master's degree in fiberglass repair, but transformed me into a lifelong enthusiast. I literally ate, slept and breathed personal watercraft.
