Mn Services and Cordares, the Dutch pension asset management companies, are to enter into a strategic alliance to create a single product range and administrative abilities. The move comes two years after a failed merger between the firms, which together manage some E55bn in Dutch pension fund assets. Acquisition of clients outside the Netherlands is also on the cards.
