ALBANY, N.Y., Feb. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- "The New York State hotel tax is wreaking havoc on the economy of New York State, the hotel industry, convention business and reducing the state's own tax collections. The update to the study by the American Economics Group clearly establishes the need for repeal of the state hotel tax to regain New York's economic strength," according to Joseph E.
