Jul. 5--In print: Reader's Digest brings the Australian magazine dazzling delightful delicious to the U.S.; the first issue features "the best of summer" in a TV Guide-sized format. The recipes, in the main, are easy to execute, though most of the names--Bill Granger? Silvana Franco? Ainsley Harriott?--won't be familiar. But the food looks good, and as I "cook" those recipes mentally, they "taste" good too. No-churn lemon and mascarpone ice cream, anyone?
