Windows Vista is coming! Well, that's not exactly breaking news since we've been aware of "Vista" (under the codename
"Longhorn") for at least five years. But Microsoft is still holding to the line that it will ship before this year is out.
Touching, really, as most prognosticators with a decent track record are now pointing to first quarter of 2007 as the ship
date (which really means late summer 2007 as the earliest you'd want to install it in production).
