New York, Feb. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- MTV Networks announced today an agreement with Fingerhut Companies, Inc. to jointly develop and operate the recently announced test of home shopping programming on its MTV, VH-1 and NICK at NITE cable television networks. 
Under the joint venture, MTV Networks will supervise the creation and production of programming for the six-month home shopping test, scheduled to begin in late April.
