Jul. 6--Easton Planning Commission voted 6-0 to grant preliminary approval Wednesday night to a Hellertown developer to build 15 townhouses on the city's South Side. Cornerstone Developers, which moved to Hellertown from Somerville, N.J., in March, is also working on proposals for 68 more townhouses on the South Side, with portions of the land bordering the Delaware Terrace public housing development. Cornerstone owner Steve Heiss said the 15-unit complex on E.
