Long-term energy contracts could reduce instability of energy markets - Russian President Putin
MOSCOW. July 6 (Interfax) -Russian President Vladimir Putin said that long term energy contracts could reduce the risk of instability in the energy market, adding that energy security requires a fair distribution of risk between producers, transit countries and buyers while speaking at a Thursday meeting with G8 trade union leaders.
