WARSAW. JULY 6. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Polish and Russian national prosecutors will meet Friday to discuss how to tackle the rising trade in illegal synthetic narcotics, Polish National Prosecutor Janusz Kaczmarek told Interfax in an exclusive interview Thursday - the same day that a spokesperson for the Russian Federal Service for Narcotics Control (FSKN) said Russia is now dealing with a flood of synthetic narcotics from Poland and the Netherlands.
