ZEELAND, Mich., Feb. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Herman Miller, Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: MLHR), today announced the acquisition of Herman Miller Righetti S.A. de C.V. of Mexico.
Herman Miller Righetti has been Herman Miller's joint-venture partner in Mexico since 1981. Company sales have grown from $2.0 million in that year to $31.0 million in the year ended December 31, 1993. From initial locations in Mexico City and Monterrey, the company has since expanded into Guadalajara and Juarez, and has extensive representation throughout Mexico.
