I arrive at Peter Court's beautiful home in Umhlanga and he is in his garage-turned-sewing room busy finishing one of the set designs for The Wiz, an adaptation of the Wizard of Oz.
He finishes up quickly and then invites me into his tidy home. We make our way to his quaint garden terrace for the chat.
The conversation is soon steered to Court's portrayal of Eeyore in Steven Stead's Winnie the Pooh, alongside his youngest daughter Valentine Sterling, who plays baby Roo.
