BT puts 1,000 movies online
BT plans to offer movies over broadband in direct competition with established entertainment providers, such as Home Choice and cable giant NTL/Telewest. BSkyB was reported to be preparing a similar offering -- see www.pcw.co.uk for an update.
The BT Vision service, which starts in the autumn, is part of a revamped package of offerings called BT Total Broadband, launched around a stylish new home hub.
