Jul. 10--Riverside and its partners can expect to spend $1.5 million to create a technology incubator in the University Research Park, according to a consultant on the project.

The tentatively named Riverside Innovation Center is planned for extra space in the building currently occupied by the Inland Empire Economic Partnership. The center will focus on attracting emerging biotechnology and software companies.
