Yangtze Power's electricity output drops 6.44% in H1
Shanghai. July 11. INTERFAX-CHINA - The Shanghai-listed Yangtze Power, China's largest hydropower generator, reported that its total power generation on an equity basis amounted to 15.485 bln kWh in the first six months of this year, down by 6.44% year on year.
Yangtze Power blamed the drop in the generation volume to low water flows in the first half of this year, particularly in May and June.
