BEIJING, July 13 (Yonhap) -- China on Thursday denounced Japan for raising the possibility of a preemptive strike against North Korea, saying such talk is "extremely irresponsible" and against international efforts to diplomatically resolve tension over Pyongyang's recent missile launches.Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi said Monday that his nation should have the ability to prepare for any unpredictable moves by North Korea, a remark interpreted as supporting an attack on the North to prevent future missile firings.
