Jul. 14--There's no place in Berks County quite like The Tiki Bar.
Customers sip drinks and lean against a stone wall next to the Manatawny Creek. Tropicalthemed music pours from speakers on trees as customers cook fish, chicken, steak or even alligator on the brick grill outside. The Earl Township restaurant is like a backyard barbecue with wait staff. But the sun could be setting on the creekside hideaway if Earl Township succeeds in taking the restaurant by eminent domain.
