Jul. 16--Jonathan Harvey knew a bit about oven cleaning before he took on an OvenU franchise in January. His father John had run it for five years before him and reckoned to have cleaned about 2,500 ovens in that time. Now his son was keen to take over.
"My father bought it after being made redundant," says Jonathan, 34. "I'd been working as a sales manager for a food company, but was looking for a change of direction. Dad is 64 and was ready to retire, so I took on the business."
