MEXICO CITY and PHOENIX, Ariz., Feb. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Consorcio G Grupo Dina, S.A. de C.V. (Dina) (NYSE: DIN) and Motor Coach Industries International, Inc. (MCII) (NYSE: MCO) announced today that the United States Federal Trade Commission has granted early termination of the waiting period required by the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 for the previously announced acquisition by Dina of all of the outstanding MCII common shares in exchange for a new class of Dina "L" stock.
In a similar action in Mexico, the Federal Commission of Competition already resolved not to object or condition in any way the aforementioned transaction.
