Jul. 18--It seems a puppy faux-paw has come to pass in Victoria, leaving two families without their rightful dog, but only one family aware of the mix-up. The pooch problem began when Mary Ramos went to pick up her 7-year-old Shih Tzu, named Punchbuggi, from his hair grooming appointment at Gigi's Grooming and Pet Supply on Laurent. But the Shih Tzu waiting in the cage wasn't Punchbuggi. "I dropped him off and they told me to come back at 5 p.m. to pick him up.
