Jul. 18--A Class 2A school would not play a Class 5A school in the regular season.A similar matchup can not occur in 7-on-7 action, either.To help smaller schools in the state, Abilene Christian University started a 7-on-7 tournament for Class 1A-3A schools this summer.The Crane Golden Cranes are glad they got the opportunity after they advanced to the semifinals before losing to Jim Ned 33-22 earlier this month."I really enjoyed it," said Coby Corley, the 7-on-7 coach for Crane.
