Jul. 18--"Twenty-five cents for your program... Twenty-five cents... Just twenty-five cents!" The voice is unmistakable and can be heard loud and clear each night before the Chattanooga Lookouts host a Southern League opponent at BellSouth Park. It comes from Wanda Goins, who has worked 17 years for the Lookouts and the last 12 selling programs.

Goins and her stout vocal cords result in the sale of 70,000 programs a season, according to Lookouts owner Frank Burke. That's an average of 1,000 a night. "Wanda's the greatest, and I think she's one of the great parts of the experience," Burke said. "She has such a wonderful smile ...
