Jul. 19--PANAMA CITY BEACH -- Panama City Beach police officers accused of drinking and driving on the job appear to have violated no laws, according to Panama City Beach City Manager Richard Jackson.
In the latest letter installment surrounding allegations of wrongdoing by Beach police officers, Jackson informed Police Chief Robert Harding that a review of complaints shows no evidence that laws were violated.
In recent weeks, several anonymous letters making an array of allegations against various officers in the police department have been circulated at City Hall.
