CHICAGO and PALM BAY, Fla., July 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Houlihan Smith & Company Inc. (Houlihan) acted as the exclusive financial advisor in arranging a working line of credit for Fiber Science Inc., it was announced by Charles Botchway, Group Managing Director of Houlihan. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The financing was provided by the Global Commercial Banking Unit, Bank of America located in Century City, California. Kevin Gear, Managing Director in charge of the transaction at Houlihan Smith & Company, Inc. said, "Fiber Science is an exceptional story and as a result of this credit facility is now well positioned for future growth."
