Jul. 21--ALBANY -- More restaurants across the state are being encouraged to join the Pride of New York program.
Currently, no north country restaurants participate in the program, the state's agricultural marketing initiative.
"Seeing the Pride of New York logo on restaurant windows and menus reflects the restaurant's commitment that the food they serve is prepared with quality, regional ingredients -- true signs of good taste," state Agriculture Commissioner Patrick H.
