Jul. 23--Don't be deceived by appearances. Tara Diveley is inching closer to her dream job. It isn't glamorous; it is hard work. Her gray T-shirt is drenched as she stands for hours on the set of a film in the making. She is among the 42 women and five young men from 18 states who are learning how to make movies this month in the blazing Midwest heat. Diveley is one of four student interns for the Summer Film Institute at Stephens College. In August, she will be among the first graduates from the school's digital filmmaking program.
