Jul. 23--The term "work capacity" is used frequently in the Oklahoma State weight room these days. OSU football players have a much better understanding of that term now, as opposed to a summer ago.
The ability to complete and maximize their strength, speed and conditioning drills is more pronounced. The mental hurdles of handling a nearly hour-long running and speed conditioning program, immediately followed by an hour-long strength and weight training regimen, have severely diminished.
