Jul. 25--Word hit the street last summer that William Russell shot Dante West's brother in the hand. West didn't go to the police for help. Instead, a week later, he and possibly his friend Michael Hubbard put on masks, chased Russell into an alley and shot him dead, police said. Russell's friends responded with their own swift street justice, police suspect. Four days after Russell's killing, someone caught up with Hubbard in an apartment and shot him dead.
