Jul. 25--Boca Raton -- For almost five years, the Centre for the Arts at Mizner Park has been little more than a rental venue.
While the amphitheatre and concert green has hosted performers such as Norah Jones, Heart and Nestor Torres, city and business leaders want it to be much more.
More as in a major cultural hub in Palm Beach County.
With Mizner Park, the city's downtown retail and restaurant plaza, already moving forward with plans to revitalize, the Centre for the Arts is taking steps toward enhancement as well:
