NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Ken P. McDonald, President and Chief Executive Officer of AmSurg Corp. (NASDAQ: AMSG), today announced financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2006. Revenues increased 22% to a record $119,955,000 for the second quarter from $98,206,000 for the second quarter of 2005.
