VIETNAM SECURES LOAN FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ELECTRICITY PLANTS
HANOI - Contracts on loans worth VND3.05 trillion (US$191 million) to build the A Vuong and An Khe Ka Nak hydro-electricity plants in the Central Highlands were signed in Hanoi on July 24.
The loans have a duration of 12 years with a grace period of three years.
