Are the wheels coming off the mobile virtual network operator? Some MVNOs are finding the going tough and are being forced to scale back their ambitious strategies.
That could have a knock-on effect for newly launched mobile virtual network enablers (MVNEs). It has also left analysts at odds over future MVNO strategies.
