Jul. 27--A Rochester landmark will be even more active within two years.
Two new projects have been approved by Mayo Clinic officials that will help fill the upper nine floors of the 20-story, $375 million Gonda Building. That means there soon will be activity in all but two floors. The new projects include two floors of musculoskeletal services, which will include an outpatient surgery center, and a floor-and-a-half of pulmonary medicine.
