Jul. 28--Prosecutors have dismissed felony fraud charges against Robert Mann, a former owner of Mann Brothers Construction, due to Mann's poor health, according to court records. The U.S. Attorney's office in Milwaukee has reserved the right to re-file the charges if Mann's health improves.
Mann has agreed to provide the government with medical records so that prosecutors can monitor his condition, according to a document filed in the case.
The document does not indicate the nature of the illness.
