Jul. 28--Bay Area home and garden shows routinely draw good-sized crowds during spring weekends. But two contractors want to turn those weekend shows into a year-round affair. Expo Daily, a home and garden show center, opened in early July at 245 Charcot Ave. in San Jose. So far, about 50 Bay Area manufacturers, wholesalers and contractors have set up displays in the 20,000-square-foot showroom, from companies that install bamboo flooring, remodel kitchens, sell skylights and replace windows.
