MoH to draft list of generic drug names to standardize prescriptions
Shanghai. July 28. INTERFAX-CHINA - The Ministry of Health (MoH) and the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) is drafting a list generic drug names to standardize China's drug prescription procedures.
In May this year, on the working conference of hospitals' management, Gao Qiang, minister of the MoH announced that China would make prescriptions use generic drug names to cut chaotic competition in the drug market and business corruption.
