WINDY IS A STRANGE NAME FOR A POWERBOAT builder. It doesn't conjure up visions of sunshine and calm seas. Perhaps it's because the builder has this name that it tries so hard to impress boat owners. This brand ranks high in both quality and performance. Windy boats are stylish, yet built to high standards, and they handle well, too. I recently tested the new 42 Grand Bora. True to form, the latest model from this Norwegian builder combines all of those desirable characteristics into one superb boat.
