The Office of the Schools Adjudicator has today published a decision on objections, by Essex County Council, to the admission arrangements of The Leventhorpe School in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire. The adjudicator, David Taylor, upheld the Council's objections to the criterion which gives preference to children of members of staff and to the criterion which gives priority to applicants who put the school as first preference (First Preference First).
