Rebgun to supply MN information to U.S. after bankruptcy hearing
MOSCOW. July 31 (Interfax) - Yukos (RTS: YUKO) temporary manager Eduard Rebgun is to supply information on progress in a deal to sell 53.7% of Mazeikiu Nafta to a court in the U.S. after a ruling by the Moscow Arbitration Court at the Yukos bankruptcy hearing, set for August 1.
The temporary manager should supply information on the deal to the New York District Bankruptcy Court, which approved the sale of the Mazeikiu Nafta stake, by August 31.
"I should have gone to the U.S. court and told them what is happening. Judge [Robert]Drain is interested in all that happens there.
