THE scene: an idyllic summer's day behind the high russet walls of a leading prep school near Oxford.
Parents and children - some of the families are titled, the rest merely wealthy - are picnicking.
One group, however, stands out, even in this smart company which arrived in fleets of Range Rovers and Bentleys. For they are being served a five-star feast on white damask cloths with full silver service by one Mr Ishii, their loyal Japanese retainer.
