Truce Negotiations Highlight First Meeting of State Gang Task Force
THE AFTERMATH OF THE first state attorney general's youth gang task force meeting last month left some observers looking for practical results. However, realists weren't expecting anything immediate.
The short-term goal is to end the killing and curtail gang-related violence, and the task force reinforced the push for a truce between Little Rock gangs.
