It's going to get a little easier to buy "Three Buck Chuck."
Trader Joe's, the budget gourmet grocer whose products include a line of Charles Shaw wines that sell for $2.99 a bottle, has its eye on two more Twin Cities locations. The California-based chain opened its first area market in May at the Excelsior & Grand mixed-use development in St. Louis Park.
Trader Joe's plans to open a store in Maple Grove at the Shoppes of Arbor Lakes development in the second quarter of 2007, said company spokeswoman Alison Mochizuki.
