Elk Grove Village officials are holding off judgment on the doping scandal swirling around Tour de France champion Floyd Landis, who has agreed to compete in the village's international bike race next month.
Mayor Craig Johnson said the village is waiting for Landis' second test result, which is expected in the following days.
