Yukos requests recess in bankruptcy hearing until Aug 7 (Part 2)
MOSCOW. Aug 1 (Interfax) - Russian oil company Yukos (RTS: YUKO) has petitioned the court hearing its bankruptcy case for a recess in the hearing until August 7, an Interfax correspondent reports from the court.
A Yukos representative said that this petition was due to the fact that the creditors' meeting, which should have been held 10 days before the court hearing, only took place on July 25.
In turn, Yukos court-appointed manager Eduard Rebgun objected to this request.
