Aug. 2--For academics who make studying Cuba their livelihood, the thought of the island nation without Fidel Castro opens a world of possibilities ranging from writing books to doing research. "If there were to be a regime change, I think there are a number of opportunities for institutions of higher learning and especially UCF," said Jose B. Fernandez, dean of the College of Arts and Humanities at the University of Central Florida.
